“I have been training with Amy for almost three years now and I think it's safe to say I am her most "difficult client"!
On our first meeting, I gave Amy a list of exercises I wouldn't do including burpees! Amy took on this challenge and has created a programme that targets the areas I want to work on, whilst managing to avoid a list of exercises that I don't want to do.
I have had several PT's in the past but none of them have helped me achieve the results that Amy has and I can see the progress I am making with each session that we have together.

“I’ve been training with Amy for a few months now and gradually increased to three sessions a week. I look forward to every single session. She makes you feel at ease whilst also making the sessions enjoyable. Each session is different and we always have a laugh. Amy is very reliable and explains each movement/exercise beforehand. She tailors each session to your individual needs which is a big bonus for me as I have a back injury.
I would recommend her to anyone wanting to become fitter, healthier and stronger. Amy is easy to get along with and we have a laugh each session. I'm always surprised at how quick the hour passes.
Amy also trains herself check out her videos - she is nails! Not only does Amy train hard, she works hard…many hours a week - she is very inspiring!
